Sant Singh has more than 36 years of litigation experience and is a Senior Counsel.  He joined the Singapore Legal Service in 1973 and was appointed a Deputy Public Prosecutor in Attorney-General's Chambers, Singapore.  He has been in private practice since 1978.

Sant practises at the criminal bar and specilises in white-collar criminal work.  He has been involved in major white-collar and corruption cases in Singapore since 1986.

He is the past Chairman of the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme of the Law Society of Singapore, and the past Chairman of the Criminal Practice Committee of the Law Society of Singapore

Currently, he is a member of the Advocacy Committee of the Law Society of Singapore and a Moderator at advocacy workshops conducted by the Law Society of Singapore.

  Chandra Mohan has been with TRC since qualifying in 1977. He practises in the areas of civil and criminal litigation, arbitration, mediation, matrimonial and contract-related matters. From 1995 to 1997, he was the President of the Law Society of Singapore, the Vice-President of the Singapore Academy of Law and a member of the Board of Legal Education. He is currently a Council Member of the National University of Singapore, a Commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public.

Han Kee Fong joined TRC in 1980. His main areas of practice are wills, trusts and probate. He also advises on employment, commercial law, company law, building & construction dispute and general litigation.
 

 

Khoo Ghee Saik has been in practice since 1977, first with Shook Lin & Bok, then with Almenoar, Khoo & Partners, and has been with TRC since 1989. She focuses on conveyancing (sales, purchases, mortgages, refinancing & redemptions). She also practises in the areas of landlord and tenant law and corporate secretarial work.

Imran Khwaja has been with TRC since qualifying. He practises in the areas of litigation and arbitration, including building and construction disputes, intellectual property, commercial law, employment, insolvency, and family law.  

 

Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales, Anand Karthigesu started practice with Cooma Lau & Loh and M. Karthigesu before joining TRC in 1988. He provides legal advice on corporate and commercial law, contract law, wills, ship financing, employment related issues and general litigation.

Sayana Baratham worked with Arthur Loke & Partners and Wong Yoong Tan & Molly Lim before joining TRC in 1995. His main practice areas are in banking and security documentation and general commercial work as well as civil litigation.
 

 

Zahara Bakar practised at first in litigation and conveyancing but now specialises in intellectual property and commercial law, advising on matters such as copyright, trademarks, patents, research commercialisation and technology start-ups. She continues to work in the areas of conveyancing and landlord and tenant law.

Moiz Sithawalla has been with the firm since his pupilage.  His main area of practice is commercial and civil litigation.  He also sits on the Sports Committee of the Law Society and is the Convenor of the Law Society Legal Eagles cricket team.  He is currently pursuing an MBA at the National University of Singapore.


 

 

Chee Yen started legal career as litigation lawyer where he was actively engaged in trial and appellate advocacy in a wide range of civil and criminal matters.  In 2005, he joined the Enforcement Division of the Monetary Authority of Singapore as one of its pioneering legal officers, during which time he was involved in several high profile enforcement cases involving corporate misfeasance, insider trading, market manipulation and other forms of securities contraventions.  In 2009, he returned to practice at Tan Rajah & Cheah.
